Key Risk Training Solutions has one goal, and that is to bring quality learning to practitioners who need to search, investigate, interview, collate, report… Which is why our Investigators & Researchers course is not just aimed at those in the private investigative industry, but at HR personnel, auditors, compliance officers, journalists, bloggers, paralegals, in fact anybody who needs to find out information for an ethical purpose, and needs to develop their skills to do so effectively.
On three days in July 2019, at our Kuala Lumpur office, we brought together eight practitioners working in investigative consulting, human resources, brand protection, close protection, security guarding and surveillance services, from Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Nepal and China, to learn from highly experienced practitioners.
Over the three days they were taught and practiced the basics of interviewing, statement taking and report writing, conducting anti-counterfeit and internal corporate investigations, how to deal with confrontation, using smart tools to conduct on-line research, and the ethical, legal and cultural conundrums that face practitioners around Asia.
